The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, received in his office, in the presence of Board Member Mr. Giorgio Kallas, Mr. Jean-Philippe DOP, Regional Agricultural Affairs Counselor, and Mr. Hedi GHILAS, Economic  Counselor at the French Embassy in Lebanon, on a courtesy and introductory visit.

During the meeting, discussions focused on the GATE Project, which is financed through a loan from the World Bank. The parties also reviewed a number of projects being implemented by the CDR.
