The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, met with a delegation from the World Bank in Beirut, in the presence of the CDR's Vice Presidents, Dr. Youssef Karam and Dr. Ibrahim Chahrour, as well as members of the CDR's team.

The meeting focused on reviewing the status of three projects financed through World Bank loans: the LEAP Project, the GATE Project, and the Awali-to-Beirut Water Conveyance Project.
