The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil Al-Jisr, participated in the meeting of the sub-committee emanating from the Parliamentary Committee for Works, Energy and Water, where the discussion touched on the issue of transporting landfills that resulted from the collapse of part of the silos and transporting the grain that fell from the silos to a suitable location.
