Minister of Agriculture Dr. Nizar Hani conducted a site visit to the mountain pond construction projects in North Bekaa, which are being implemented by the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) and financed through a grant from the French Government via the French Development Agency (AFD).

The tour was attended by Dr. Giorgio Kallas, Member of the Board of the CDR, Project Director Eng. Sami Feghali, Green Plan Director Mr. Raymond Khoury and officials from the region.
