The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction, Eng. Nabil El-Jisr, received in his office and in the presence of CDR team, a delegation from the World Bank. During the meeting, the discussion touched the status of the project to bring Al-Awwali water to Beirut and the necessary procedures to complete financing the project. It addressed also the obstacles hindering its implementation.
