The President of the Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR), Eng. Mohamad-Ali Kabbani, and members of the Board of Directors participated in the launch ceremony of the National Program for the Governance of Boards of Directors and Leadership in the Public Sector and the University Partnership Platform.

The event was held at the Grand Serail  under the patronage of Prime Minister Dr. Nawaf Salam, and was attended by the Ministers of Administrative Development, Public Works and Transport, and Agriculture.
